Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide search engine optimisation services, including link building, content writing, local SEO, audits and managed SEO, as described on each service page at the time of purchase.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or breaches of these Terms.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices are shown in US Dollars together with the Indonesian Rupiah amount. You are charged the Rupiah amount shown at checkout, through Xendit. One-time packages are paid in advance. Monthly plans are arranged with our team and invoiced per period; you can stop a monthly plan before the next invoice is issued. An invoice that is not paid before it expires is cancelled, and you can place the order again.

4. Delivery

Each package lists an estimated delivery time. It starts once we have received payment and the order details we need (website URL and target keywords). You can follow progress and download reports in your dashboard.

5. No Ranking Guarantee

Search engines decide their own results. We use white-hat methods, but no SEO provider can guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue, and we do not.

6. Your Responsibilities

• You own the website you submit or are authorised to promote it.
• The website does not contain illegal content or infringe the rights of others.
• You give us the information or access reasonably needed to deliver the service.

7. Refunds

If we do not deliver what your package includes, we refund the undelivered portion. Work that has already been delivered cannot be refunded because it involves third-party costs. Send refund requests to [email protected]; we review them within 7 business days and refund to the original payment method where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

Content we create for your campaign, such as articles and reports, becomes yours once the order is fully paid. The OceanRank name, brand and website remain ours.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including those caused by search engine algorithm or policy changes.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that fails within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by the competent court in Indonesia.

11. Language

These Terms are available in Indonesian and English. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page; orders already placed follow the Terms that applied when they were placed.
