1. Data We Collect

We collect the data you give us and data created while you use our services:

• Account data: your name, email address, and optionally your company name and phone number.
• Order data: the website URL, target keywords and notes you submit with an order, plus order and payment status.
• Enquiry data: the name, email address, website and message you send through our contact or free audit forms.
• Payment data: payments are handled by Xendit. We receive the payment status and channel, never your full card or bank account details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs kept by our hosting and network providers to operate and secure the site.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the SEO services you order and report on their progress.
• To create invoices and confirm payments.
• To send service emails such as account confirmation, password resets, payment confirmations, progress updates and reports.
• To answer enquiries and free audit requests you send us.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Service Providers

We share personal data only with providers we need to run the service, and only for that purpose:

• Supabase — user accounts, database and file storage.
• Hostinger — website hosting and email delivery.
• Cloudflare — domain name service and network security.
• Xendit — payment processing (bank transfer, e-wallets, QRIS, retail outlets and cards).

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Our database is hosted in Singapore, and our providers may process data in other countries. We only use providers that apply appropriate security measures to protect your data.

5. How Long We Keep Data

We keep account and order data while your account is active. Enquiries that did not lead to an order are deleted when they are no longer needed. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Cookies

We only use essential cookies: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, and to protect your session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to your data is limited to your own account and to our authorised staff, and payment credentials never pass through our servers.

8. Your Rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 you may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, object to or restrict processing, and receive a copy of your data. Email us with your request and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
